High performing professionals have accelerated career paths, risking a disconnect between skills, confidence, and responsibility. Designed to address this challenge in a supportive environment, our program supports both career and personal growth.

Over the course of ten months, participants will:

Enhance self-knowledge through assessments, individual coaching, and accountability partnerships designed to encourage purposeful introspection.

Develop key leadership competencies with a holistic emotional intelligence lens.

Improve management skills, building on participants’ “on the job” learning through theory and robust discussion.

The program begins with two in-depth self assessments, chosen to build self-knowledge, provide a shared vocabulary, and benchmark the soft skills esssential for leadership.

Assessment results are provided in a report and debriefed through the first of 4 individual coaching sessions. Coaching allows for growth conversations in a confidential environment, digging deeply into challenges and areas of needed growth.

8 training modules have been selected to address frequently identified needs, and arranged to build on skills development.

The capstone presentation showcases progress and is open to a guest of the participant's choosing - frequently a senior leader in their firm, or an industry mentor.
